WARRI/Nigeria: Aspire Global, a youth empowerment body has held her 5th Edition of youth empowerment training at Ogunu, Warri South Local Government Area, on Monday, the 2nd of May, 2022.
The event, tagged Aspire Global, featured panel sessions on discovery, development and maximizing of potentials, boost your business performance and work, life and balance.
Speaking on the topic of Potentials Discovery was Rume Daniels, (Business Consultant), who gave four points to help discover ones potential as look up (talk with your creator), look within (your strength, weakness and passion), look behind (your history) and look around (your attraction).
Mr Daniels encouraged youths to choose any prospering business to serve (what he called point and kill) for free if they cannot find their passion, stating that in so doing, they would find their passion.
Mr Ifeoma Onuogbu, who spoke on Developing One’s Potentials, emphasized the need to read books, attend trainings and working with mentors for business growth, stating that a developed potential can give one a global relevance.
Mr Zion Oshobugie (Academic Mentor/Coach) said that potentials should be given maximum attention, stating that schooling gives one value before society but potentials gives one global relevance and influence.
During the ‘Boost Your Business Panel Sessions’, Mrs Doubra (President TBWC) emphasized the need for business integrity, and encouraged business people to always keep their brand promise to ensure business growth.
Mr Segun Manuel (Customer Service Coach) encouraged upcoming youths in business to give excellent and prompt services to their customers to boost patronage.
In the work, health and balance panel session, youths in business were advised to eat healthy, exercise and rest to remain fit and healthy to carry out their day to day activities in their business.
The event for Monday session closed with a break out session on various topics such as harnessing crypto currencies, e-commerce, career development, etc
The event was graced by staff of various companies, youths and intellects from various fields of business in the city of Warri.
