ASABA/Nigeria: Ndokwa East state constituency House of Assembly Aspirants, Engr Philip Ugbomah have in a message congratulating Deltans, advocated for the sustenance of the existing peace in the state, as that can only be the only opportunity to attract investors.
Engr. Ugbomah in the Message stated that the state had come a long way through various forms of crises, involving the youths, communities and political tension, but for some years now, the state had been calm, as the state government had in its different policy actions encouraged peaceful co-existence among the various ethnic and interest groups in the state.
He stated that the state has many achievements since creation, as can be noticed in in the three senatorial districts of the state.
“We as a state have many things to celebrate. There is relative peace in the state, as our collective understandings as a people know that it’s only when we see ourselves as same individuals, one family that development will come.” He said.
Engr. Ugbomah reminded Deltans, that with peace, investors will be attracted to the state, which will boost the economy of the state, as many will be engaged to work.
“By sustenance of the existing peace in the state, investors will come to grow our economy by investing their money in the state, employing our peoples, especially the youths.”
He used the occasion of the celebration to call on Deltans to continue their supports for the governor Okowa led administration, as the governor had done much to grow the economy, and building infrastructure in the state.
