Mr. Onwuka in a statement released on Monday, said the capacity building workshop is meant to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Community Newspapers publishers in the state in information dissemination, especially in projecting the activities, programmes and achievements of the Senator Ifeanyi Okowa led administration.
