ASABA/Nigeria: Engr Philip Ugbomah, the Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa on project monitoring, has congratulated the Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as he marks his birthday, on July 8, 2021.
In a statement made available to the Press, Engr Ugbomah said that Governor Okowa, is a man who understands what it means to live as one, and who believes in letting the youths fend for themselves.
According to him, Okowa is one who had continued to steer the ship to sustain the peace being enjoyed in the state, by his programmes which had brought about the training and retraining of the youths in the state.
“Happy Birthday, our Governor, Governor Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, our Governor, who understands, from inception that a United Delta is the only atmosphere and environment for a meaningful development.”
“The Governor who believes in the efficacy in letting the youth’s fish for themselves. A governor who had brought exemplary leadership in terms of steading the peace in the state. A governor who by his scintillating programmes for the training and establishing of our youths.”
“A governor who carries the leadership and elders of the state, widows alike. A governor who believes in the primary development of the state via infrastructure development of the state, concentrating on roads, which opens up the rural area to the urban areas for our economic advancement.”
