Value Rebirth & Empowerment Initiative (VREI), a non-governmental organisation in Delta State, has joined other well meaning Nigerians and Deltans to congratulate the Governor of Delta State, Senator, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on the occasion of his 61st birthday anniversary.

Our Mission: To Build Citizens’ Capacity, Mentoring, Value Re-Orientation, work with other Networks to ensure probity and accountability in Governance and societal affairs. On behalf of management and staff of the above organization (VREI), we humbly use this opportunity to acknowledge and bless God for preserving your life, and wish you happy birthday and many returns, for being a peace-loving Governor whose dedication to the cause of our dear state and nation is legendary. Your excellency, you have been steadfast in defending the gains of our successful struggle to attain the best economy in the South-South states, thereby paving the way for security, and socio-economic development of our state and Niger Delta.
