Continuing, he affirmed that the Agency had done well in the past, adding that more improvements would be made in the coming months to make Warri, Uvwie and Environs a better place for all to live in.

“I have come and gone round the Agency. We have to hit the ground running, and the time is now. The present state of the twin cities is not pleasing to the Governor. A lot of sensitization will be done to create public awareness in restoring Warri and environs to her original glory. To give Warri a new look, the dirts will be cleared from the entrance point of the city to the NPA waterside, “he stated.

Chief Ejiyenre commended the management and staff of the Agency for work well done and urged them to keep the flag flying, be diligent in their jobs and do the right thing to protect the image of the Government.”

“Any job given out must be well supervised to ensure that we get the best. As the job is for Deltans, and we are here today, we are not going to be here forever, so whatever we are doing must be done right, so that the generation unborn will benefit from it,” he stated.

Earlier, the Director of Administration and Finance of the Agency, Mr. Simon Esi, warmly welcomed Chief Ejiyenre and assured him that the management and staff of the Agency would accord him the cooperation he would need to work effectively, succeed and achieve his goals.
